This section provides information for Employees at Fuller Seminary. This includes all staff, administrators, faculty and students who work at the Seminary.
DEPT accounts are not part of the Portico launch. Nothing changes with DEPT accounts. The e-mail address for DEPT accounts still ends in @dept.fuller.edu.
You read and send messages the exact same way. Portico, in replacing Campus Pipeline, does not change DEPT accounts.
Preserving everyone’s e-mail is at the heart of the implementation plan for Portico. If you have been using programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Entourage, Eudora, and Apple Mail then continue to use them the way you always have. Every effort has been taken to send and receive e-mail to the proper address regardless of whether it was FISH, DEPT or Campus Pipeline.

Notification that your Portico account has been successfully created was sent to you through e-mail. For employees who have FISH e-mail, your Portico username and password is the same as your FISH username and password. Some of you may not remember your FISH password but still use Outlook, Thunderbird, Entourage, Eudora, or Apple Mail because it was setup with that password saved. Fortunately you can continue to use e-mail the way you always have. While you may not be able to login to Portico until you reset your password, your e-mail will continue to work as it always has. Please read this FAQ for information about resetting your password.

Portico Walk-In Hours
To provide you with extra support, we will be available at three separate times the week of the rollout so you can walk in and receive personal assistance with logging in and getting Portico set up. Feel free to stop by the 490 Conference Room, on the 2nd floor of 490 E. Walnut, during our open hours:

E-mail Policy
E-mail has been designated by Fuller Theological Seminary as a vehicle for official
communication. Effective January 18, 2008 an Empoyee E-mail Policy is now available. Employees at Fuller are responsible for reading this policy and to follow the guidance in it. Click here to view the policy.
